How SwiftRoll Garage Solutions handles the personal information you give us — what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, ring us, or book a job, we collect what we need to actually do the work: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property where the door is, and whatever you tell us about the fault.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial details, identity documents, or anything about your household beyond the door itself.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and give you a quote
To get a technician to the right address at the right time
To keep a record of what was done to your door, which matters when you call again
To follow up on a job, a warranty question, or a service interval

We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes.

Where it goes

Enquiries submitted through this site are sent to SwiftRoll Garage Solutions and are handled by the people who run the business. We use ordinary commercial service providers to operate the website and to send and store email; those providers process the information only in order to provide us that service.

If we ever need to share your details with a third party to complete work you have asked for — a manufacturer handling a warranty claim, for example — we will tell you first.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for as long as they are useful for warranty and service history, and for as long as we are required to keep business records. Enquiries that do not become jobs are not kept indefinitely.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-preserving analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not build an advertising profile of you, and it is not used to follow you around other websites.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email service@swiftrollgaragesolutions.com.au or call (08) 6171 2407 and we will action it. There is no charge for this and you do not need to give a reason.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise. If something goes wrong in a way that affects you, we will tell you.
